All items are made to order and take 2-3 weeks as I am now only working part time.

Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

2nd Class, 2-3 working days, £1.55 or Free on orders over £35

1st Class, 1-2 working days, £3.20 or Free on orders over £50

Signed for:

2nd Class, 2-3 working days, £3.55

Tracked:

48 hours, 2 -3 working days, £2.85

24 hours, 1-2 working days, £3.80

Free on orders over £40.

You MUST collect your order within 72 hours of it gets returns to the studio.

Local Pick Up

Free to customers who wish to collect from my studio in Marks Tey.

A date and time must be arranged before you come to collect.

You will be contacted via SMS.

Custom Fees:

If your country applies customs, VAT, or import duties, these fees are determined by your local customs office and out of my control. They are not associated with my shop, and it is the customer’s responsibility to cover any additional costs.

Please note:

We only process orders Mon/Tue/Fri excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Returns

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings, custom colour products or on personalised items such as keyrings with names.

However if you have a problem with your order or a fault, please do not hesitate

to get in touch!
